The Radnorshire Mammal Group promotes mammal recording and mammal awareness within the county.
- increase mammal awareness and increase a wider public interest
- increase our knowledge about the status and ecology of mammals
- encourage recording and the study of our Radnorshire mammals
- provide training to identify and survey mammals to help in the recording
- produce a new radnorshire mammal atlas by 2013/14
- promote conservation of mammals and their habitats within the county
- bring together like-minded people to share interests and skills
Anyone having an interest in mammals and their conservation is more than welcome to join us and get involved with our training, recording and social events.
The group is affiliated to the Mammal Society.
