Join Ray Woods on this short walk that will start at the Visitor Centre at 2pm, back about 5pm.

Please bring your sewing machine with a suitable foot for free machine embroidery.
The workshop runs from 10am to 4pm with a break at 1pm for a lunch of homemade soup and bread.

Join Terry Smith, a Mid Wales Orienteering Club Member and Mountain Leader, for a hands-on day of navigating in open country with map and compass. This is an advanced workshop where knowledge of map reading and compass use is essential. For those of you who attended the beginners workshop this is a continuation of what you learnt, giving you the opportunity to develop the practical elements of navigation in a more challenging terrain.
